Discharge book issued to James Arthur Pack
Blue covered book with an emblem and 'Department of Trade and Industry, Seaman's Discharge Book' printed in black on front cover. Two rectangular sections have been cut away of front to show seaman's name (James Arthur Pack) and serial number (R330054). Biographical details and black and white photograph of Pack at front. Discharge details handwritten and stamped, dated 1972 to 1980. Additional sheets including medical record card are loose at back.
