Mazer, dark burr maple with silver rim, shallow bowl on low foot and a deep rib below the silver gilt lip, engraved with a black letter inscription, interspered with foliage on a hatched ground, between moulded and engraved borders, interior with a silver print, engraved a flower plant, and formerly enamelled, set in a silver gilt boss.
