Medieval pottery kiln prop
Tapering, hollow cyclidircal kiln prop with truncation at narrow end. Small circular perforation on one side. Stack marks present and remnants of glaze from the firing process. Largely complete.
Kiln prop used for separating pots during firing, 1300s. Found at Rhuddlan, north-east Wales.
