Auction booklet giving particulars of the sale of freehold, copyhold and leasehold properties and freehold ground rents in Llantarnam, Cwmbran and Pontnewydd. Auction of the property of Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd at the Workmen's Institute, Pontnewydd on Tuesday October 11th 1921. Inside typed in black ink is a list of the properties for sale, the special conditions of sale and a contract for the sale of a part of the manor of Magna Porta to the Urban District Council of Llantarnam.
