Merthyr Vale Colliery, manager's diary
Grey cover with red spine. 'Charles Letts's popular scribbling diary for 1929'. Includes adverts for various companies and institutions, and classified listings of British Merchants, manufacturers etc. in the front of the diary. The rest is used as a diary (two days on a page), each diary page divided by a pink piece of paper. After November 9th the diary pages have been torn out. There are two loose documents in the back of the diary with calculations on, one of which is written on a Nixon's Navigation Co. Limitied receipt / ticket and the other on a plain piece of paper.
