Rockingham (Pottery, C18, aka Swinton Pottery)
Scent bottle, porcelain, pear-shaped with a narrow neck and a wide rim, footring; the rim and neck and base are banded with a gold border, the body is heavily encrusted with enamelled flowers and leaves and painted with a single orange butterfly on a gold leaf sprig.
