Plate of soft-paste porcelain with pale buff translucency; standing on a tapering foot rim, with cushion-moulded and curved spreading sides; lobed rim (6 large and 6 small lobes alternating) decorated with a band of gilt flowers and edged on each side with gilt lines; in the well, a landscape with 2 dogs and a gun enamelled in sepia monochrome over a green wash.
