Pleistocene barnacle goose bone
Identification by Anne Eastham March 2006.
A right tarsometatarsus of a barnacle goose. The shaft of this bone is present. The bone has cracks running along its length and the proximal end and distal ends are absent. The bone has root etching along its length.
