Medal; Jacobite - negotiations at Gertruydenberg 1708
Roettier, Norbert (Third son of John Roettier, born at Antwerp in 1665. Appointed as engraver to the Mint in London in 1690 but was forced to flee to France in 1695 after being accused of abstracting certain dies. In 1703 he was appointed Engraver General of the Monies of France. In France he created a number of medals for the exiled Stuart family. He died in 1727.)
