Powell, John (fl. ca. 1810 - 1830)
Plate; with ornate gilt border of scrolling foliage, infilled with dots and cross-hatching. Inner gilt bead and reel border. Centre finely painted in polychrome enamels with circular panel with gilt border, of a vase of flowers, including roses and cornflowers, on a marble shelf.
