Medieval pottery jug
Two body sherds.Sandy fabric - with applied decoration. Probably from different vessels. One is of an orange fabric with reduced core. On the exterior surface is a thin curved line of applied clay, the same colour as the main vessel body. Patchy green and orange glaze externally. The second smaller sherd is much thinner. Orange soft fabric. On the exterior is a thick applied strip of clay coloured black set against a green glazed surface. Glaze surface is worn.
