1998.250 (1 of 2) - Commemorative cover for 100th anniversay of opening of the Severn Tunnel 1st December 1886 to 1st December 1986. Stamped in red 'Carried through / THE SEVERN TUNNEL / 1st December 1986'. Cover has view on front showing the New Passage pier and ferry with a cross section of the tunnel beneath. Stamp is a pale chestnut 13p Welsh definitive 1984. 1998.250 (2 of 2) - Card slip inside cover has view and information on the New Passage pier on one side and a map on other.
