Plate, hard-paste porcelain, circular with a moulded edge, footring; the edge is gilded, the central reserve is circled by a wide gold border and is decorated with a gold band of continuous spirals and three concentric gold circles, the rim is reserved with rectangular panels framed by gold borders containing rose sprays alternating with diamond-shaped reserves framed by gold borders and filled in with gold cross-hatching against gilt spirals on a blue ground.
