Cup, tea and saucer
Tea cup, hard-paste porcelain, short foot-rim, rounded sides and plain loop handle; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the front of the cup two exotic birds in a landscape, two floral sprigs to the rest of the exterior, the handle picked out in gilt, a gilt dentil border around the lip-rim. Saucer, hard-paste porcelain, short foot-rim and curving sides; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the well two exotic birds in a landscape, three floral sprigs to the sides of the well, a gilt dentil border around the rim.
