Roman copper alloy bow brooch
Brooch of very thin metal. The cylindrical cover for the hinged pin curves forward to the front of the brooch. The bow is broad and decorated with longitudinal ribbing. The solid catchplate is of slender triangular profile.
The sides of the bow are much damaged as is the catch-plate. The pin is missing. Stripped.
