Jug
Jug, earthenware covered all over with a buff-coloured glaze, bulbous body, cylindrical neck, beak spout, the handle missing; the jug relief-moulded with to either side of the body the head and shoulders of two male figures clad in naval uniform and decorated in blue, orange, yellow and brown, each figure is flanked by two sailing ships decorated in orange, yellow, blue and green, to the neck of the jug above each figure are the painted inscriptions "Captain Berry" and "Admiral Nelson", a simple border of orange and green leaves around the top of the neck, brown bands around the lower body and neck.
