Taperstick
Taperstick, hard-paste porcelain; standing on a slightly raised circular base, baluster shaped form with a flared everted lip; ring handle with an upper shell-moulded thumb spur, and terminating with a moulded leaf; baluster form painted turquoise reserved with a gilt scroll-edged cartouche containing a small flower spray; gilt vine border to foot and inside lip, gilt detail to the handle, gilt band to foot rim, and gilt dentilled lip.
