Reverse. A representation of the House of Commons in session, the members behatted and ranged on either side of the projecting Speaker’s Chair, below which two Clerks at their table; a six-light window beyond the Chair. The window is higher than on the First Seal (2000.44H/55), and the detail is much clearer. Outer circles ornamented with cross and harp alternately between carved ornaments.
