Notes by Prof. T. J. Jenkin, Aberystwyth, in 1964 on sheep breeds in the Preseli region of Pembrokeshire as a response to the 1957 Welsh Folk Museum questionnaire.

Answer Books were sent out by the Welsh Folk Museum to individuals across Wales as a way of collecting and documenting information on aspects of folk culture in their areas, including agriculture, crafts, food, customs and dialects. The responses were hand-written in the books. The Answer Books had a similar purpose to the earlier questionnaires sent out in 1937.
