Basket, pot pourri
Rockingham (Pottery, C18, aka Swinton Pottery)
Pot pourri basket, porcelain, cylindrical with an overhanging lip and a ring around the base which is indented; the exterior of the basket is painted with a continuous border of flowers against a two-tone pink ground and the interior is banded with a continuous leaf border in gold, the base and top of the basket are decorated with a gold line border and the rim is encrusted with flowers.
