Candlestick
Candlestick, earthenware, in the form of a figure of Ceres, standing on a circular base with moulded foliage around the foot-rim, the figure holds an upright cornucopia in the left hand which forms the candle sconce, to one side of the figure is a wheatsheaf; the figure with a diadem of yellow whear ears, orange spotted skirt, and bodice and cloak fringed in orange, the cornucopia painted with blue and orange spots between yellow lines, the base painted with blue and orange crescents with a wide green band around the foot-rim.
