WOOLLEN CANVAS, embroidered with green and buff silks in eyelet and cross stitches. Six rows, separated by zig-zag and straight stripes, containing the letters of the alphabet, twice in capitals and once in small letters, together with numerals to 13. At the bottom is the inscription: "Ann Jones, Neville Street, / Abergavenny March 7th / 1854". There is a narrow zig-zag border.
