Cream jug
Cream jug, soft-paste porcelain; rectangular with rounded corners, standing on a straight sided foot rim, curved sides to shoulder, concave curve to lip and wide elongated up-curved spout; high loop handle with a thumb spur and double ridge collar moulding on lower part of handle; painted with a wide green enamel band bordered by gilt lines, and a lower frieze of green stylised foliage linked by a wavy brown line; plain gilt bands to foot rim, and lip, and gilt foliage on handle and below spout.
