Sucrier and cover, soft-paste porcelain; krater-shaped on a moulded pedestal foot, and high collar with ogee-profile; volute handles moulded with leaves and floret disks, and with anthemion terminals; sunken, flat cover with entwined dolphins finial; finely painted with a frieze of wild flowers and strawberries; gilt seaweed border to collar exterior; interior of collar painted with gilt foliate scrolls and wreaths enclosing dark green enamel cinque-foils; gilt detailing to moulding on handles and finial, and plain gilt bands to pedestal foot and collar.
