Agreement printed in black ink on pale blue paper, with handwritten details filled out in black ink. Agreement for the purchase of No.39 Wesley Street, Cwmbran. Purchased by Mr John Jeffries from Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd. Dated 5th July, 1924. Also includes two letters from Guest Keen & Nettlefolds, typed on headed paper. The letters relate to the property purchase. Also included is a surrender and admission for the property, printed in black in on white paper, with handwritten details in black ink. Dated 18th November 1929.
