Doll made in the likeness of Princess Alice Maud Mary (1843-1878) as a baby. Made from poured wax. Shoulder plate threaded to stuffed torso though eyelets protected by metal. Blue, inset glass eyes. Red tinted lips, pinkish hue on cheeks. Real golden hair inset in tufts. Bent arms. Wax hands and feet delicately moulded.
Clothing: Long white gown, undergarments, knitted white socks and a tight lace bonnet.
