Plate, soft-paste porcelain; standing on a straight sided foot rim, cushion moulded and curved spreading sides; lobed lip with six large and six small lobes moulded with c-scrolls and ribbon-tied flowers and foliage; painted in the centre with a shallow urn in dark green enamel and gilt, with serpent handles, containing a large pink rose spray; gilt lip.
