Roman copper alloy sheet
Irregular sheet fragment, clearly much hacked about. One face probably partly tinned/silvered. One piece of edge may be original as it appears slightly burred. This stretch of edge has eight short lines, running back from the edge, scratched into the non-tinned face. Some parts of the edge appear cut rather than just broken. Remains of a couple of small circular perforations survive on the edge.
Bronze still in good condition.
