Dillwyn & Co., Cambrian Pottery (1811 - 1817 and 1824 - 1850)
Plate, earthenware, circular shape with flattened foot-rim, curving sides and spreading rim, a slightly raised edge to the well; transfer-printed in brown with to the centre of the well the inscription 'JOHN DANIEL / Cooper / CARMARTHEN', border to the rim of small scrolls issuing bell flowers interspersed with patterns of stylised flower heads with an arching stippled brown band below.
