Jar, red earthenware, flat base, cylindrical sides flaring towards the mouth, everted thickly rounded lip-rim, an incised ring around the body at the shoulder, roughly moulded plain loop handle with two raised ridges running down the centre, some restoration to the body; the interior, handle and upper portion of the exterior covered in a rich dark brown glaze.
