Small plate, footring, notched rim, rim relief-moulded with a pattern of tulips, roses and asters, centre transfer printed with a panoramic view of Swansea harbour, harbour wall in foreground to left, man with flag to right, choppy sea in middle ground with edifice with lighthouse?, boats to right, hills and line of houses beyond. SWANSEA HARBOUR AND TOWN, printed underneath. Black string bands around inner and outer side of rim.
