Bathing costume
Man's bathing costume, worn in Cardiff, 1920s. Made from knitted maroon coloured wool, with narrow straps over shoulders and beneath arms. Made in three main pieces - front, back, and gusset with seams at the sides at shoulders and between the legs. Overlocked, machine-stitched seams.
