Teapot and cover
Teapot, rectangular London type shape with rounded corners. Foot ring, bulbous body, flared collar top, domed rectangual cover with a rectangular knop, square topped double spurred handle, a further spur on the inner side by the base. Decorated with a transfer print of the 'Pheasant and Rock' pattern -pheasant and rock against a chinoiserie background of flowers and foliage in pink, green, red, blue and orange enamels. Collar border of small overlapping circles and lobed cartouches containg flowers; further enamelled flowers on cover. Brown enamel outlining around mouth of spout, knop and brown sprays on outside of handle.
