Seal impression: French personal
In a niche beneath a gothic-type canopy, the Blessed Virgin standing and supporting her Child with her right arm. In smaller lateral niches and standing in a pulpit, dext. a man in short tunic, sin. a lady holding (?) a book against her breast; neither person is haloed. In base, a shield: Between two birds addorsed reguardant, a forked tree fructed, thereon a martlet. Beaded borders.
