Baker, Bevans and Irwin, Glamorgan Pottery (1813-1839)
Plate, earthenware, circular shape with rounded foot-rim, cushion-moulded sides and spreading rim; transfer-printed in blue with to the well scattered sprigs and sprays of semi-stylized flowers, border to the rim of a fleur-de-lys and pendant line pattern surmounted by a lattice-work band, a chip missing from the rim from which a long crack spreads around the well of the plate.
