Nantgarw China Works (1813 - 1822)
Round dessert dish, soft-paste porcelain, clear white translucency, lustrous glaze with a slight green tinge and with specks of grit to the upper surface; standing on a shallow foot and with an everted rim moulded in six large and six small lobes; painted in the centre with a small spray of garden flowers, and with a wreath of flowers to the cavetto below a line of waved gilding,, pale green ground to the rim, reserved with five further sprays of flowers, the rim deckel-gilt.
