Dillwyn & Co., Cambrian Pottery (1811 - 1817 and 1824 - 1850)
Plate, pearl glazed, recessed footring, notched rim with the notches forming long lobes alternating with several short lobes, the well transfer-printed in underglaze blue with the 'Cows Crossing a Stream' pattern - a rustic scene with three cows in a stream, a farm hand behind, wooden bridge and a large tree to the left, watermill and trees etc behind. Dense floral border mostly of roses.
