Plate, soft-paste 'duck egg' porcelain; standing on a foot rim curving into flared spreading sides; painted in the centre with a view of Ludlow Castle, among trees, with a river below; cavetto and lip bordered with a gilt band, and gilt continuous arcaded pattern with pendant stylised flower heads.
