Leased from Arthur Moss esq. and another acting by Mrs Ruth Julia Margarette Tenison to Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd. Dated 26th March 1934. Also stapled to the lease is a letter (on headed paper) from the Pontypool Park Estate and a page of typed details re. the lease.
