Ornate border surround. Embossed company seal on lower left hand corner. 1 £100 mortgage debenture numbered 868. Dated 6 April 1910. Table of Amortization, Conditions and 'Memorada converting this Debenture into a Registered Security or Vice Versa' table printed on reverse. 49 coupons attached to right hand side numbered 22 - 53 (numbers 1 - 21 have been removed). Coupons are for £3.0.0 half years interest due on April and October 1921 - 1945.
