Neolithic flint leaf shaped arrowhead
A grey unpatinated flint arrowhead of ogival form. The tool has been well-flaked over both faces and it forms a neat tipped fine arrowhead.
Flint leaf-shaped arrowhead, 4000-3000 BCE. From Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan. Pieces of bone or antler were used to press thin flakes from the edge of a piece of flint.
