Nantgarw China Works (1813 - 1822)
Plate, soft-paste porcelain with a creamy slightly buff translucency; standing on a foot rim, cushion moulded with a slightly curved everted lip; waved lip with six large and six small lobes; painted in polychrome enamels with naturalistically rendered flowers - a spray in the centre with three smaller sprays and three sprigs around the edge; plain gilt band to lip.
