Upper Palaeolithic flint backed blade
An abruptly-backed blade of trapezoidal form. The tool is not a Cheddar point as the retouch is mostly along the longest edge, which on a Cheddar point is left unmodified. This tool has two oblique areas of retouch on the opposite length which created the tool’s two points.
