Pitcher, of pale buff earthenware, standing on a slightly convex base, slightly flared and with pie-crust moulding, the body globular with three incised lines around the centre, thick, straight neck ending in an everted lip rim; broad strap handle; largely unglazed with an apron of mottled pale and dark green glazing around the upper body; extensive plaster restoration to the neck.
