Cabinet cup, soft-paste porcelain, standing on a short foot rim with curving sides, bulb shaped at base flaring into convex curve at rim; underglaze mazarine blue ground on exterior decorated with a pheasent, a peacock standing in a puddle, a bird of prey in a tree and two birds in flight, painted in gilt with etched detail, a gild band to foot rim, and a gilt dentil edge on inside of rim, floral spray in gilt in well centre with additional two sprays on inside edge; glazed
