¾ Port stern view of M.V. BRITISH RELIANCE at Cardiff Docks.

Built 1950 by Sir James Laing & Son Ltd, Deptford, Sunderland, for British Tanker Co Ltd., London (restyled BP Tanker Co Ltd., in 1955). 1973 – Sold to Atlantic Research Ltd., Hamilton, Bermuda, and renamed BANGOR BAY, managed by H.P. Lenaghan & Sons Ltd. 1974 – Sold to Suffolk Navigation Co., Piraeus, and renamed OCEAN PRINCESS, managed by Dover Navigation Co., London. She was broken up at Castellon, Spain in 1975.
