Sugar caster
Sugar caster, earthenware, globular body, cylindrical neck, flat top, the neck and top perforated with small holes arranged in circles and geometric shapes, the original foot broken off and replaced by a flaring metal foot, to the base of the caster a circular aperture stopped up by a cork bung; the caster covered all over, apart from the metal foot, with copper lustre.
