Nantgarw China Works (1813 - 1822)
Plate, soft-paste porcelain with a creamy, pale buff translucency; standing on a tapered foot rim curving into slightly cushion moulded and curved spreading sides, lobed lip; painted in enamels with a small flower spray in the centre and three around the edge, of puce, pink, and blue flowers, between gilt anthemions, and one rosebud covering a flaw; gilt band to the lip.
