Roman bone scabbard disc chape
Two joining fragments of a bone plate, resembling the back of a scabbard chape. The piece is broken centrally and through a small perforation, 2 mm in diameter. There are traces of a second perforation at the lowest end. (Not included in Chapman's catalogue of Roman Military Equipment)
