Incense burner
Bronze incense burner, of elephant form with a pagoda on its back made in three sections. Head of elephant is raised with tusks and trunk pointing upward, applied beaded decoration to elephant with sqare banners on each side of animal, one of which depicts a cock, links with dangling bronze beads hanging from elephants dress. Carrying a two storey pagoda containing two figures, one on each side, looking out of a lower window; with a balcony surrounding the lower stage; dangling bronze beads on links hang from the balcony and from each floor of the pagoda; finial in the form of a dancing dragon with arched back on the roof.
Some dangling beads missing; also something missing from crest on elephant
s head.
